Cancellation & Refund Policy

At WPS247, we aim to provide exceptional WordPress services with full transparency and customer satisfaction.

 

Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation of any service before the work has started.

  • For monthly maintenance plans, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • One-Time Fix Services: If we are unable to resolve the reported issue, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Monthly Plans: We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within the first 30 days.

  • Custom Projects: Refunds for custom development work are only applicable if no work has been initiated. Once the work starts, partial refunds (if any) are at our discretion based on work completed.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Services where work has been completed or partially delivered.

  • Domain name registration, premium plugin/theme license purchases, or third-party tool subscriptions.

  • Delay or issues caused by lack of communication or cooperation from the client’s side.

Refund Processing

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • For payments via Razorpay, the refund will be processed back through the same Razorpay gateway.

Email us at support@wps247.com with your order details and reason for the refund. Our support team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.
